We pride ourselves on our workmanship and attention to detail, and stand behind all work that we do. We work very hard to provide the utmost quality in every aspect of your project. Mid-America Pool Renovation proudly serves not only as a leader in the swimming pool industry but also as a resource to our customers.
In a perfect world we’d love for each pool renovation we complete to see full success for decades, however we understand that’s not always the case. Mid-America Pool Renovation products and services are backed by warranties that exceed the industry standard to help you protect your investment.
Pools are engineered to hold water. Any time a pool is left empty you run the risk of severe damage to pool shell, plumbing, and deck. Underground water pressure is not always evident. Ground could appear dry and pool could still experience significant movement.
Hydrostatic relief plug or valve is a one-way valve that opens up into the pool releasing any underground water pressure. These valves may need replaced every few years. In times of lowering water level or draining it is recommended the valve be removed completely until the pool is re-filled. These should NEVER be replaced with a solid plug.
Implementing a winter maintenance program, which includes monthly or bimonthly additions of sanitizer and algaecide, allows for the water to stay clear through the off season. Spring opening then simply requires a vacuuming / removal of leaves and debris, opening plumbing lines, filling pool, starting up equipment, and balancing the water.
It is of the utmost importance that you understand what is and what is not covered by our Limited Warranties.
Once an area of concern has been identified, reach out to Mid-America Pool Renovation, Inc. at your earliest convenience to speak to a representative. We will promptly schedule a time to inspect the area(s) to help address your concern(s) as soon as possible.

Tile & Coping manufacturers generally warranty their products for 1-year. We typically do not exceed manufacturers warranties. Our experience is that tile and coping materials last in excess of ten years providing there isn’t structural damage, purposeful destruction of the materials, or failure to lower the water (lack of proper winterization) during the off season.
