Mid-America Pool Renovation delivered a full interior renovation to revitalize the large, holodomed pool at the Holiday Inn – Midtown, which had been plagued by years of failing maintenance. The structure was burdened by layers of blistering and peeling paint that had failed to solve a persistent yellowing, stained appearance. Because the pool sat in the heart of an operating hotel near a restaurant, our team utilized advanced containment and ventilation to execute the overhaul without disrupting guest services.
The primary objective was to strip away decades of chalking pool paint and provide a durable, modern finish that restored the facility’s professional aesthetic.
The hotel opted for the INTER-GLASS® Surface System and New Tile installation to ensure a long-lasting, leak-free interior and updated waterline.
Previous attempts to fix the pool with repeated painting had only resulted in further peeling and a lackluster appearance, leaving the facility without proper safety demarcations.
