More About the INTER‑GLASS® System

Five workers paint the interior of an empty pool white on a sunny day, with tools and materials scattered around. A partially constructed building is visible in the background.

Panel-Wall Pools

Many older residential and commercial pools in the Denver region were built with steel or fiberglass panel-wall construction. Our team applies INTER-GLASS® over these existing shell types using specially formulated primers and bonding agents. This creates a seamless, durable interior that eliminates common issues like panel wall corrosion, leaks at seams, or liner failure.

Crack Repair & Reinforcement

Fluctuating temperatures and shifting ground beneath your pool can put a lot of strain on pool finishes, often leading to cracks. To help prevent this, our process includes detailed crack repair and reinforcement before the INTER-GLASS® top layers are applied. We prep, fill, and reinforce any structural weak points or cracked shells so that the finished surface holds strong under strain.

Caring for Your INTER‑GLASS® Pool Interior

One of the biggest advantages of our INTER-GLASS® surface system is that it’s designed to require minimal maintenance. However, proper care will still help improve the performance and extend the life of your new interior.

Here are some maintenance essentials to be sure and follow:

  • Recalibrate your water chemistry systems immediately following installation.
  • Use nylon pool brushes only to avoid damaging the surface during cleaning.
  • Maintain water chemistry within the recommended ranges.
  • Avoid draining your pool unless absolutely necessary; frequent draining and refilling can stress the shell and bonding interface.
  • Keep water levels steady during off-seasons and guard against rapid freeze/thaw water level fluctuations

Fun Fact: Many INTER‑GLASS® systems need less chemical adjustment than standard plaster surfaces, which benefits swimmers and pool managers alike.
